Gecko helps Higher Education institutes across the world maximise their engagement with students by providing them with innovative technology that seamlessly integrates with how they work today. Our solution is applicable to almost all Higher Education institutes across the globe and we already have many clients using Gecko in the UK, US, Europe, Australia and China.

We’re looking for a motivated sales executive to join our small (but growing) sales team based in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre and be a key contributor to our growth ambitions.

This role will focus on the US market and the massive opportunity that represents. You’ll be provided with a steady stream of outbound leads to nurture towards a close, helping prospective clients understand the value of our solution and create an urgency for change.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

·       Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions with ACV between £10K - £50K

·       Confidence, energy and self-motivation

·       Results-driven mindset with a desire to close deals

·       Fantastic presentation skills, and an ability to build rapport across multiple stakeholders

·       Desire to track everything, and build replicable processes by being data-driven

·       An understanding and passion for technology

·       Growth mindset that pushes you to learn e.g. books, blogs etc.

·       Comfortable working flexible & unusual hours e.g. 11am - 7pm
